Our quotes cover all necessary works to repair and re-seal the roof, with a 10 year guarantee!
Maintenance works can include;
- Re-bedding ridge caps or gables

- Repairs or replacement of valleys
- Replacing any broken tiles
- Re-sealing roof penetrations

We can provide repairs and leak detections for all cement or terracotta tiled rooves. For any leaks and minor repairs, such as a broken tile, please see the below pricing details.

What does this include?
A fully licensed and qualified tradesman will discuss the leak or issue with your roof and advise on the best solution. If the repair is a simple/available option then the repair will be completed in the cost of the fee. Our tradesman will advise if any additional cost due to extra time or materials is required.
