BEFORE
- Replace all broken tiles
- Move chipped tiles to the gutter line where they are out of sight.
- Remove all damaged cement from the ridge caps & valleys
- Replace any valleys that have rusted
- Install valley seals
- Re-bed & point ridge caps to ensure your roof is water tight
- Re-bed & point gables (if applicable)
- Clean out the gutters & down pipes
- Pressure wash the roof
- Apply a coat of primer
- Apply 2 coats of high quality roofing paint
- Remove all waste
- Clean up at completion
