- Replace all broken tiles
- Remove all damaged cement from ridge caps, gables & valleys
- Replace any valleys that have rusted
- Install valley seals
- Re-bed & point ridge caps to ensure your roof is water tight
- Re-bed & point gables (if applicable)
- Clean out the gutters & down pipes
- Pressure wash the roof
- Apply 3 coats of high quality roofing paint inc sealer
- Remove all waste
- Clean up at completion
